Thanks for your prayers for our cuban mission trip

Dear Family and Friends,

Thank you for your prayers, love, and support for our mission trip to Cuba. I’m sorry to be writing two days after I got back but I took a nasty fall the last night and got a concussion. You could say that I ended the trip with a bang!

“Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.” (*Matthew 9:37-38)

God did a work through our team, reaching out to people in the church services, a leadership seminar, and the youth camp. The youth camp is special to all of us because we are reaching the future Christian leaders. Many of them responded enthusiastically to the messages shared by our team members at the youth camp. One person who was a worship leader fell on the ground for 15 minutes sobbing because God had called him into full time ministry yet he was fearful. He was challenged by God’s word to go…and we were told that while he was on the ground God healed him of ear and eye problems!

The Lord swept through the camp and we are grateful to be a small part of it. Eternal thanks again as we are grateful for your prayers, love, and support because that was the difference maker on the trip. To God be the Glory, Great things He has done!

With love and prayers, Joseph Nigro
